Outboard Engine Marine Equipment 29.4 KW (40 PS) 2 Stroke Marine Engine
2-Stroke Outboard Motor
Outboard motor, as the name implies, refers to a propulsion engine installed on the outside of the hull (side), usually suspended on the outside of the transom, also known as an outboard motor. Outboard motors are highly integrated and easy to install and purchase. They are the preferred power for personal leisure and entertainment boats and are also widely used in fisheries, commercial operations, and government law enforcement. The fuel and air are mixed through a piston internal combustion engine and burned in its cylinder. The heat energy released generates high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the cylinder. The expansion of the gas pushes the piston to work, and then the mechanical work is output through the crank-connecting rod mechanism and converted into kinetic energy for the boat to move forward through mechanical transmission and propellers. It usually consists of five major components: engine, fixture, fuselage components, gearbox, and propeller.
The engine used in 2-stroke outboard motors has the characteristics of stable performance, strong horsepower, low fuel consumption, less pollution, etc. The excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion system can increase the durability of the outboard motor.
The outboard motor of the 2-stroke outboard motor has a simple working method, so its structure is relatively simple. The 2-stroke outboard motor saves a lot of parts, which makes the 2-stroke outboard motor lighter. Due to the simple structure of the 2-stroke outboard motor, the 2-stroke machine has good explosive power, better acceleration, and flexibility. The simple structure of the 2-stroke outboard motor, such as the number of crankshafts and other parts is far less than that of the 4-stroke outboard motor, so the 2-stroke outboard motor is relatively easy to maintain.

Stable Performance
Simple structure, stable performance, no need to worry about the machine breaking down during driving
Long-Lasting Durability
The two-stroke outboard motor uses high-quality crankshafts, gearboxes, and high-grade marine aluminum alloy marine accessories to enhance the durability of the machine and extend the service life of the outboard motor.
Powerful Power
The lightweight body, simple engine structure, and weight ratio of the two-stroke outboard motor give it excellent acceleration performance, control flexibility, and surging power.
Shallow Water Drive
Equipped with a shallow water drive system with multiple tilt angles, boats equipped with Yum two-stroke outboard motors can also travel unimpeded in streams and river ports.
Safety Is Guaranteed
All Yum outboard motors are equipped with emergency safety ropes, which can stop the outboard motor at critical moments to ensure safety.
2 Stroke Marine Engine Transmission Principle
When the piston moves upward from the bottom dead center, it covers the scavenging port (i.e., the intake port) on the cylinder wall, compressing the mixed gas in the cylinder. As the piston moves upward, the closed crankcase generates suction, and the mixed gas is sucked into the crankcase under the action of the pressure difference; when the piston continues to move upward to connect the top dead center, the spark plug jumps out an electric spark, ignites the compressed mixed gas, and the high-temperature and high-pressure gas forces the piston to move downward, causing the crankshaft to rotate and work through the connecting rod; the piston continues to move downward, and when the piston skirt covers the intake port, the mixed gas in the crankcase is compressed. When the piston moves downward to expose the exhaust port, the exhaust gas in the cylinder quickly rushes out of the exhaust port due to its own pressure. When the piston moves downward to expose the scavenging port, the compressed mixed gas in the crankcase enters the cylinder and helps to expel the exhaust gas. When the piston reaches the bottom dead center, the crankshaft rotates 360 degrees to complete a working cycle.
